So glad the weekend is here!!! There is much need for some fun in the sun and some good times with new friends!!! You know Im not much on being in small groups of people so meeting new people is a challenge for me – You wouldn’t think so since getting up on stage in front of thoughsands of people is so comfortable for me to do and posing for pictures is a breeze – IDK maybe it is the distance that makes it a piece of cake – Either way I’m ready for some serious fun!!!!

I hope you all had a successful week and an enjoyable weekend!!!! It’s Monday again and so ready for positive things to go on!!!! Definately ready to get back in the gym after the weekend and hit the Iron Hard!!!! What have you all been up to??? Anything exciting??? Would love to hear from y’all!!!

Well as you have all discovered I have relocated to sunny Florida – Had a great week of training and my body loves the heat – No aches and pains!!! WooooHoooo – Spent my Saturday running errands and cleaning the house but Sunday was beached bound with our 2 youngest puppies – Ethel an 10 month old bull mastiff and Fred a 4 month old pit mix – they had a blast playing in the water and brought 1/2 the beach home with us in the car — The important thing is a good time was had by all!!!

Now back to work and training hard!!!!!

We we are just finishing up another Fabulous week of training and leaning out!!! My body finally seems that it is back to it’s old self and dropping the Body Fat like it use to!!! Now, it’s time to start the most dreaded thing in the whole wide world!!!! CARDIO!!!! YUK YUK YUK YUK I hate it with a passion but the fat ass needs it!!! I hope everyone had an enjoyable Easter and Passover!!! The weather wasn’t really beach permitting so we just chilled at the pool and had a relaxing day of it – But, it’s Monday and that means getting back to work and Training Training Training!!!! Time to lean out and rock the world!!!! Ciao for Now!!!

It’s a beautiful sunny day in Florida today!!! Getting ready to head out to the gym to do Arms – which you all know is my least favorite activity to do!!! Love Legs and Back the most!!!! I am definately looking forward to chilling on the beach with my family and furry yoots tomorrow!! Body is tired from training heavy and hard this week –

I am so sorry that I have been out of touch with you all!!! There were some major health issues that I had to contend with but now I am 100% Cancer free and Back in Action!!!! If anyone has tried to email me and I have not returned them please resend and I will get a response right back to you.
